Delivery and Returns

Delivery

UK delivery is free. I carefully package each painting so it reaches you safely and aim to send your painting within 3–5 working days.

I also offer delivery to the USA, Canada and Australia for £25.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer. Occasionally, customs can also cause delays that are outside my control, so please allow a little extra time for international deliveries.

All paintings are sent unframed unless otherwise stated. This keeps postage simple and allows you to choose a frame to suit your own home.

Returns

I hope you’ll be very happy with your painting. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery before sending the painting back. The painting will need to be returned in its original condition and securely packaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the painting has been safely returned and received in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your painting arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and send me a few photographs of the painting and packaging so I can help sort things out.
